 ,Horizontal and vertical adjustment

1.1 Horizontal and vertical coarse adjustment

1.2 Horizontal and vertical fine-tuning

When shaking too much during lifting and falling ,How to adjust it?

2.1 How to adjustment if arm shake when lifting

2.2 How to adjustment if arm shake when falling

Warning: non-professionals, please carefully operation, beware of accidental injury.

When the barrier arm lift after it falls, it cannot keep the horizontal or vertical state sometimes, so necessary adjustment must be made. The bidirectional adjusting nut on the connecting rod can be adjusted. The M12 nuts on both ends of the bidirectional adjusting nut must be unscrewed before adjustment. The bidirectional adjusting nut can then be adjusted to move up or down. The horizontal or vertical status of the brake lever will also change accordingly.

When the first method cannot achieve the desired effect, the main barrier control board and the remote control must be used for fine tuning. The method of fine-tuning is as follows: When arm falling after lifting, press and hold the "SET" button of the main control board, and then press and hold the arm lifting or falling button of the remote control, the more times you press, the larger the adjustment range will be.Release the "Set" button to complete the adjustment.

The next time the arm goes up or down, youll see the effect of the adjustment.

It should be noted that when the arm is lifted, the arm will lean back by pressing the button. When the arm falls, press the button and the arm will sag.Press the lever button, it will only achieve the opposite effect.

After the adjustment, the M12 nuts on both ends of the bidirectional adjusting nut shall be tightened to prevent looseness.

If there is a large shake of the brake when the arm is lifted, please adjust the spring.,if the brake arm still wobbles when the spring is at its loosest. Please consider reducing the number of springs or using a smaller model.

If the brake arm shakes greatly when the lever is dropped, please tighten the spring. When the spring is adjusted to the tightest degree, the brake lever still shakes, you need to consider increasing the number of springs or using a larger model of spring.
