Compared with traditional barriers:
1). Traditional barriers use AC motors with low efficiency. Due to the induction principle of AC asynchronous motors, the motor efficiency can only reach 70%. The start-stop impact is too large, and a four-bar linkage must be added to achieve cushioning, so the structure is complicated and the cost is high. Due to the characteristics of the four-bar linkage, it is determined whether it is fixed left or right at the factory. The scene cannot be changed. The rotation speed is relatively fixed, and the speed cannot be adjusted, so the speed of the landing gear is fixed at the time of design. The complex structure causes high manufacturing requirements and high failure rate! The characteristics of asynchronous motors have a great influence on the power factor of the grid.
2). The permanent magnet brush-less DC motor has no eddy current, high efficiency, convenient speed regulation, start and stop curve operation, no four-bar linkage assistance, structural order, low cost, high production efficiency, simple exchange between left and right, low failure rate , Does not affect the power factor of the power grid

The speed increase and decelerates curve via position sensor. The opening and closing speed can be adjustable 0.8-6S.
